Who we are
LASplanning LLP (hereinafter referred to as LASplanning) is a sole practitioner planning consultancy providing town planning advice and planning application support to those who require it.
The service is delivered by Lorna Sim, a Chartered Town Planner, and the business is registered at 6 Sweetbank Terrace, Markinch, Fife, KY7 6BJ.
LASplanning works with relevant and necessary suppliers and subcontractors, the services of which are detailed on respective client fee or quotation documentation.
- Suppliers and subcontractors provide their own privacy notices which are available direct.
How we use your information
We use your personal information to allow us to provide consultancy support services to you and to represent you, where agreed in dealing with third parties including planning authorities.
We will use the information you supply to us to:
- Verify your identity where required;
- Reply to your enquiry by email, or telephone;
- Maintain our records;
- Provide services to you;
- Undertake casework and relevant background research; and,
- Report on the number of clients using our services.

If you decide that you no longer wish to receive these messages then you can opt out of future communications. If this is your preference, please email info@lasplanning.co.uk. We will still communicate with you for other purposes in the ordinary course of any other relationship we have with you.
